Returns Policy

All artworks and products are carefully checked before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Because each piece is handmade or printed to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at karen78lee@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that original artworks, limited edition prints, and custom commissions cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.
