The painting Karen created was incredible, it perfectly captured the old family home nestled in the west of Ireland landscape and little details within the painting keep jumping out every time we look at it. The painting now takes pride of place in the family home and my father states he never feels far from home when he looks up at it. I would recommend Karen for any type of commissioned work as her bright colours contrasting against the traditional whitewashed family home really brought home the feeling of the home for those of us lucky enough to have stayed there."

"From the moment we first saw Karen's work at an exhibition, we fell in love with her bold use of colour and her unique layered linear style. We asked if she would be open to creating a commissioned painting of a city we were very fond of in France, and she couldn't have been nicer to deal with. She provided lots of options to fit within our budget and provided suggestions that would work well with the room we were hoping to hang it up in. Once she had the painting done she checked in with us to ensure we were happy (which of course we were beyond happy with it!) before finalising it and organising to get it framed. The painting is stunning, she even added some flecks of gold leaf to which catches beautifully in the morning light - everyone comments on it and we couldn't be happier to have something so unique created by someone so unique!
